STAR ROLE PLAY GENERAL RULES
1. Account Ownership
1.1 It is forbidden to have more than one account. All additional accounts will receive a permanent ban. The main account will receive a 60-day ban.
1.2 Players are fully responsible for their account. The administration of Star Role Play does not carry the responsibility for your own account. When access to the account is lost (e.g., being hacked), your account will face the same punishments GR 1.4. Exception: If the player contacts the technical administration early and within the same period in which the issue occurred.
1.3 Any form of fraud against players is strictly prohibited and will result in an account wipe or permanent ban. Items, Money or Property and Businesses. Returned to their original owner.
1.4 Account Ownership: Each account is the property of its creator. Accounts cannot be shared, traded, or given to anyone else. PERMANENT BAN
1.5 Business Ownership: It is forbidden to own more than one business per account.
1.6 Real Money Trading (RMT) Attempting to sell or buy in-game property for real money is strictly prohibited. Permanent ban for both the seller and the buyer. Account wipe & Up to Permanent ban
1.7 Character Interaction & Property Transfers: It is forbidden to interact between characters on the same account. Any form of transferring property or money to an external player and then receiving it back through another character is strictly prohibited.| Up to a permanent ban for both accounts involved, including the helper's account & account wipe.
1.8 It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evade TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading houses/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money)
1.9 Housing Ownership: Each account may own up to 4 houses and 2 penthouses across its three characters. Each character is allowed to own up to 3 houses and 1 penthouse. A player can distribute the houses across their characters however they want, but no single character may exceed the terms set above.
1.10 Daily Money Transfer Limit: It is forbidden to transfer more than $4,000,000 per day
1.11 Self-Reporting Rule (Bugs & Illegal Gains): If a player self-reports any unintended use of bugs, exploits, illegal money, or illegal item transfers before being caught or reported by others, the punishment may be reduced based on the severity of the violation.
2. Hacking and Use of Software
2.1 Unauthorized Modifications (Redux) Using game modifications not approved by Star RP that affect gameplay, performance, visibility, or provide any form of player advantage is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Use of Cheats / Hacks: Using any type of cheats, hacks, injectors, modifications or Macros that alter gameplay or provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. (Disabling the drug`s effect, hacks, fly, etc.). Ban 60 days up to Permanent Ban
2.3 Sharing / Distributing Hacks or Scripts Sharing, selling, or advertising cheats, macros, or scripts inside or outside the server is strictly forbidden. Penalty: Permanent Ban.
3. Rules for Interacting with Administration
3.1 Proper use of Ticket Support: It is strictly prohibited to use the Ticket Support for anything not related to in-game.
3.2 Communication with Administration: Players must remain respectful and reasonable when communicating with the administration. Any form of shouting at an admin or refusing to follow their instructions is considered disrespectful and will be punished.
3.3 PC Check Interaction Rules: During any PC Check, Admin Interview, Leader Interview, or meeting with administration, players are strictly prohibited from using any recording or capture software (audio or video). Players have the right to request a review by the Higher Administration.
4. Rules of Communication
4.1 Insults (OOC) Insulting another player out-of-character (OOC) is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Mentioning Family Members: Parents or family members must not be mentioned in any chat, including voice.
4.3 Language Rules: All players must communicate in English in IC chat. You are not allowed to speak other languages to strangers. only if all players in the RP agree.
5. Nickname Creation
5.1 Realistic Names: Names must be realistic and must not use names of famous or public figures. Names cannot be written entirely in uppercase letters or random symbols.
5.2 Gender Consistency Rule: It is strictly forbidden for a player to create or use a character of the opposite gender. Male players are not allowed to create female characters, and female players are not allowed to create male characters. This server does not allow gender role manipulation.
6. Rules of play
6.1 Misuse of the /me, /do, /try, or /to do commands is strictly prohibited. Players must ensure all actions are truthful and aligned with proper roleplay standards. Note: The /try command may be used a maximum of three (3) times per situation.
6.2 It is strictly prohibited to leave or interrupt an active RP situation (CL) by refusing to continue the roleplay, declining or refusing first aid, exiting the game, going AFK, entering interiors, or any similar action that disrupts the scenario.
6.3 It is strictly forbidden to empty or take items from any faction's warehouse for personal use. General Penalty: Account wipe up to Permanent ban.
6.4 Corruption Roleplay Without Approved Biography: It is strictly forbidden to portray any form of corruption as an employee of a state faction (a corrupt police officer, or politician) without having an approved RP biography.
6.5 Criminal Actions Against EMS: It is strictly forbidden to commit any criminal acts against EMS employees, including killing, robbing, or kidnapping them during or outside RP situations.
6.6 Healing and Looting During Active Gunfights: It is strictly forbidden to heal yourself or others, or to loot any bodies while the gunfight is still ongoing. You must wait until the shooting has completely ended before taking any action. Exception: If the player is fully in cover and completely protected from gunfire, and no direct shooting is possible on them, healing or looting is allowed, and the penalty will not apply in this case.
6.7 Respawn and Location Rule After Death: If a player is killed during an RP scenario, they cannot re-enter the fight or return to the same location for 15minutes.
6.8 Actions Against knocked out Players: It is strictly prohibited to perform any amoral or inappropriate actions on a knocked out player, including but not limited to( spitting, sexual animations, or any form of abuse).
6.9 Sexual Actions Rule: It is strictly prohibited to perform any sexual actions toward any player. Exceptions: You may leave the situation if you are a victim of sexual harassment (RP rape or similar scenarios).
6.10 IC → OOC Rule
It is strictly prohibited to transfer in-character (IC) situations into out-of-character (OOC) platforms, such as Discord or any external platform.
Additional Clause: In certain cases, the administration may classify this behaviour as Targeting, especially if it involves repeated actions, harassment, or intentional focus on a specific player. If the violation is classified as Targeting, the punishment will be applied according to the Targeting rule.
6.11 Restriction on faction Membership Across Characters: If your main character is a member of a state faction, the other two characters are not allowed to join any criminal factions.
6.12 Mercy Killing / Killing Unconscious Players: It is strictly prohibited to kill an unconscious player in order to “help” them avoid an RP situation (Mercy Killing).
6.13 Robbery Rules: Players are allowed to rob from another player’s inventory only the following items: Ammunition , Gun , Any armour (Gang, FIB, LSPD, etc.) Balaclavas , drugs, and money can only be robbed using the gang system functionality.
6.14 Robbery Group Requirements: During a robbery of a player, armoured car, or any transport, the robbing group must consist of at least 2 vehicles (non-armoured) (It can be one car and one bike ) and 3 players. To be able to rob 1 person at a time.
6.15 Recording Software Requirements: Each player must ensure that their recording software captures the entire screen. Any software that records only a cropped area, hides overlays, or manipulates what appears on the screen is prohibited.
6.16 Helicopter Access Restrictions: It is strictly forbidden to use helicopters to reach rooftops or areas that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder.
6.17 Use of Racist Language: The use of racist language, including the N-word, is strictly prohibited in any text or voice conversation or in any role-playing scenario.
6.18 Muting and Avoiding RP: Muting other players to avoid participating in RP does not exempt you from responsibility. Such actions are considered Fail RP and will be punished accordingly.
6.19 Abuse of Armoured Vehicles: It is strictly prohibited to abuse armoured vehicles in ways that make it impossible to shoot or interact with players inside.
6.21 Bug Exploitation: Any form of bug abuse, glitching, or exploiting unintended game mechanics is strictly prohibited.
6.22 Protection of Starting Job Players: It is strictly prohibited to rob or kidnap players who are working in starting jobs, such as: Bus drivers, Taxi drivers, Electricians , and other beginner-level occupations.
6.23 Robbery/Kidnapping in Fort Zancudo: It is strictly prohibited to rob or kidnap any players on the territory of Fort Zancudo (National Guard).
6.24 EMS Uniform Abuse
It is strictly prohibited to wear or use EMS uniforms if you are not an EMS employee.
7. Submission of Forms and Complaints
7.1 Submission of Forms and Complaints: Players must submit their forms and complaints through the official platforms only. Any submission must include clear evidence, accurate information, and the required details. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in penalties.
7.2 Processing and Review: All submitted forms and complaints will be reviewed by the Administration within a reasonable timeframe. The Administration reserves the right to request additional information, reject incomplete submissions, or escalate the case for further investigation.
7.3 Restrictions on Responses to Forums: Forums are only meant for the reported player and the reporting player any additional comments are not allowed. The responding player has the full right to present their defense only regarding the allegation made against them.
RolePlay Terms (Star RP)
1. Role Play (RP)
Acting and behaving as your in-game character in a realistic and immersive way.
Example: Acting like a regular civilian, gangster, etc.
2. In Character (IC)
Everything your character says or does inside the game world—your actions, speech, and behaviour as the character.
3. Out of Character (OOC)
Anything said or done outside of your character’s role.
Example: Talking in /b about topics unrelated to the current RP scene.
4. Metagaming (MG)
Using OOC information in IC situations. This includes:
Using private messages to get IC help.
Sharing IC details through Discord, Skype, etc.
Emoting information your character cannot physically know (e.g.,/me or /do showing hidden details).
5. Power gaming (PG)
Performing actions that are impossible, or forcing RP on others without giving them a fair chance.
6. Deathmatching (DM)
Killing or attacking another player without a valid and sufficient IC reason.
7. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Using a vehicle to hit or kill other players without a proper RP reason.
8. Fear RP
Your character must show realistic fear when facing threats such as weapons, danger, or overwhelming force.
9. Mercy Killing (MK)
Mercy Killing / Killing Unconscious Players: It is strictly prohibited to kill an unconscious player in order to “help” them avoid an RP situation.
10. Revenge Killing (RK)
Coming back after you die to take revenge on the person who killed you.
Your character forgets everything after death (IC memory loss).
11. New Life Rule (NLR)
After death, you cannot return to the same location or continue the same scenario.
Your character remembers nothing from the past situation.
12. Combat Logging (CL)
It is strictly prohibited to leave or interrupt an active RP situation (CL) by refusing to continue the roleplay, declining or refusing first aid, exiting the game, going AFK, entering interiors, or any similar action that disrupts the scenario.
13. Fail RP
Doing anything unrealistic or breaking RP immersion.
14. Provoking / Cop Baiting
Intentionally provoking players or law enforcement to get a reaction without RP purpose.
15. Car Ramming
Using your vehicle to crash into people or cars without proper RP justification.
16. Looting
Taking items from players in unrealistic ways or during situations where it breaks RP.
Restricted unless supported by proper RP.
